Data Deletion Policy

At Goyal Metal Industries, we respect your privacy and provide complete control over your personal data. You can request the permanent deletion of your loyalty program account and all associated information at any time.

What data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your profile information (Full Name, Address, Business details).
  • Accumulated loyalty wallet points (balance will be reset to zero).
  • Scan history and transaction logs.
  • Registered device tokens.

Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unclaimed points will be forfeited.
